Pre-installation check
After the equipment arrives at the site, the technicians carefully inspect the appearance, take notes and take photos.
Adjust the machine level
The printing equipment is transferred to the printing factory, and the level of the equipment is adjusted as required to ensure the stability of the printing equipment
print head base plate adjustment
The technician will adjust the bottom plate of the nozzle and the bottom plate of the printing equipment to complete the debugging
Measurement output voltage regulator
Technicians measure the output voltage regulator to ensure the current or details to ensure the printing equipment can print stably
Connect to power and measure voltage.
After the measurement is complete, connect the power and start the machine. After measuring the voltage, you can connect the power cord and start the machine.
Quality inspection upon startup
The technician will install the computer, connect it to the printer’s control software, and inspect the equipment’s circuits and other operational functions.
Cleaning ink pipes
When installing the pipeline, the technician will first test whether the pipeline is blocked and then install it after observing that there is no problem.
Install print head arrangement

Install software online on your computer
Install the printing pattern control software on the computer and make an online operation control printing program with the printing equipment
Install ink cleaning printhead
After the printing equipment has installed the nozzle, the software controls the placement of ink to clean the nozzle
Detect nozzle status
Print a test strip and observe the printing condition of the test strip. Repeatedly clean the nozzle pipe to judge the nozzle condition.
Spray print head uniformity
The uniformity of the print head is the main issue affecting printing accuracy. Our technicians will help you solve this problem.
Proofing ink color
According to the customer’s production requirements, proofread the color of the printing ink and adjust it to the customer’s satisfaction.
Customer production
After the printing equipment is installed, professional technicians will provide on-site training on printing knowledge and promptly resolve any problems that may occur on-site
